Spray painter

As a young, busy & friendly glass decorating company we are looking for a technician in the below field. You will be joining a small team of highly skilled people who pride themselves on attention to detail and accuracy. We are passionate about our product and therefore believe it is essential to invest time in our employees training and development.
Role - Spray Painter / Automotive Refinisher
Experience working with glass an advantage, but not essential. We pride ourselves on our high quality product, therefore you will be given thorough training which will build on the skills you have.
Requirements:- No time wasters - only apply if you are able to work in the UK for more than 2 years and are looking for a career in the glass industry with a company that will invest in your future training and development
- Experience in spray painting or automotive refinishing is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Written and spoken English is necessary for the job
- You are a very clean and tidy worker
- You will be hardworking, reliable, proactive, mature & have a positive 'can do' attitude
- Fast and accurate worker
- Attention to detail - passion and pride in doing an excellent job
- Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strength and excellent health. You will exposed to paint mixing systems therefore the ability to be in this environment is essential eg, no allergies to paint or associated chemicals
Responsibilities:
- Mixing paint formulas100% accurately for our standard colours and colour matches
- Spraying glass
- Moving glass on and off racks
- Cleaning glass for preparation to spraying
- Long hours may be occasionally required
- Assisting team members as required
Hourly rate of pay will reflect experience & qualifications. Very good rates to applicants who can demonstrate professionalism, a willingness to get the job done with a commitment to the business. Expected hours approximately 47 hours per week minimum. We pay overtime.

Site surveyor/installer

You will be joining a small team of highly skilled people who pride themselves on attention to detail and accuracy. We are passionate about our product and therefore believe it is essential to invest time in our employees training and development.
Requirements:The site surveyor/installer is responsible for measuring and installation of glass work surfaces and wall cladding with 100% accuracy for our exacting clients.
Skills:
- Work methodically
- Ability to work to strict deadlines whilst remaining calm and professional
- Legible handwriting
- Customer focused as you will be attending our customer's homes
- Attention to detail and determination to produce accurate drawings which our factory will manufacture our product from
- Knowledge of London and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean and tidy worker
Experience:
- 4 years relevant experience is essential
- You must have a clean driver's license and experience in driving long wheel base vehicle
- Training will be provided in our measuring system which ensures we can work to the low tolerances our customers expect
- Professional personal presentation is essential at all times
